After seemingly sorting the itermittant non starting due to the imobiliser problem , I finally got round to cleaning breathers & a full throttle body clean on the "new" MV6.

They were not too bad actually 8) 8) . . good job done  :y :y :y

Also finished cutting the holes out of the metal rear shelf so I can install Bose with its shelf & blind. If I had remembered to bring both shelf speakers to work with me I could have got the speakers/shelf/blind  installed today. ::)

At least you remembered that you didn't have them before you fitted it  ;D

Don't worry, there's still time for him to forget that!  ;D

Ended up in an argument with the BP over paying. They threatened to call the police, I said I'd wait for them to turn up.

In the end, they came to their senses. Retards.

...I did wonder, the other day, why the entire staff of that garage vanished without trace at the sight if an omega pulling on to the forcourt, and why it took so long to pay. Now I know. ;D

I drove mine into town. Stupid I know.

But it's always the same. Park as far away from the shop doors as I can. Right out the way. No other cars around. Empty spaces for miles.

Return from the shop to find its surrounded by bell ends that can't park in the middle of a space. FFS!

Not the one here, the next nearest. They are all retards.  Although apparently a problem affected all BP's and Natwest customers.

Ah the card machines. Yes Asda have that issue now and then. Sadly it's not possible to escape due to the forecourt design.

I still owe Bp a tank of fuel. As they only charged me for the chewing gum, and not the fuel. My reg was later picked up at another bp on the a3. Where by they refused to serve me, without realising I had already filled up the tank.
I was also threatened with the police. Thats ok I said, and left them my name address reg and the nearest police station to the house, and off I went.

I now owe them two tanks of fuel. ;D dont get me wrong though, I'm happy to pay. However I absolutely will not be put out of my way to sort there f@*k ups.

If they can't sort their shit out then tough.

Remembered the MOT is due soon. Looked for paperwork. MOT due the day after tomorrow. >:( Booked MOT for tomorrow morning.

Went round the car and fixed a couple of duff bulbs and the dead horn switch. Removal of battery required to get to nearside sidelight bulb. ::)

Visual check of everything else. Seems in order. Thought it sounded a bit fruity from underneath.. Dangle-berries! Exhaust centre sections rotting through just before the back box, as usual.

Tried to order new system from Eternal but got some cr@p about phoning back to pay by credit card FFS! Sign up with a merchant service like everyone else! Phone number says they are either busy or closed. Great. >:(

Hoping it's not bad enough for a fail, but I fear the worst.
