Started rebuilding the interior following the wiring frenzy...

And broke a mates 1.4 Astra :-[

Managed to shear a throttle body bolt ::) fortunately it snapped about 4mm from the head, so should unwind easily enough with a pair of pliers :-\

Changed the cam cover gasket and cleaned the breathers whilst breaking servicing it. Main breather looked like it had been packed with copper slip :o

Ordered a new exhaust for the Silver Bullet, which had started to sound a bit loud ::).

So, just over 4 years from Eternal (replaced Dec 2009).

Me too!
noticed one pipe to back box no longer attached,
and the other held on by about an inch of rust.
Does sound good though....if a little throaty, well beyond a blow...It has no back box in effect!

Replaced both drop links, surprising the amount of noise they make, a slight knocking, which is at it's worst on smoothish roads, then a kind of background noise that you don't seem to notice until you change them, if that makes sense?   :)

Went round to see my best mate to borrow his hose and pressure washer, as I worked out the Kosos were going to want about £35 to clean my 3, all of which are minging. So due to my moment of tightness, guess what my plans are for tomorrow ;D
