Today im in the process of fitting a replacement 200 series discovery front axle
inc full polybush kit new +2" shocks & springs & +2" braded brake hoses

then ive gota sort a brake squeek thats driving me mad on my omega when driving...

its squeeking constantly when i brake it stops couple of corners starts again!!! Arghhh & also 1st time brake they hardly work but if i tap the peddle & brake again pulls up strong so maybe a seized calliper or very warped disc coz its like ive just fitted new pads & piston needs pushing out a little bit to work.... its driving me mad!!!!

Fitted some cam covers for a guy from Scotland, as his local garage messed them up. Used 3 litres of oil bringing it down :o
So you can imagine the smoke as the oil is trying to burn off :D

planning on taking Morticia to see the Lithuanians in a bit to get her washed, then gonna try some paint renovator on the bonnet as its the only faded paintwork on the car.

well, after having major coolant leaks from the lpg 3.0l elite i decided to investigate. ive never seen such a bodge with the cooling pipes for the lpg side tbh. a T piece on the feed to the hbv & a T piece on the return to the hbv. thats six potential leak points, & yes they where. So, removed T pieces & piped evaporator up to coolant bridge outlet & return to hbv inlet. now how simple is that. lmfao.....plenumn off, inlet manifold off plus all the gas gubbins, just to get at the coolant bridge pipes, what a fookin job that was. all up & running again now though. just the front bumper & backing bar with a non leaking water bottle to fit now. cooor what a day. :D

I need to do a similar tidy up job on the front end of my LPG installation in the not too distant future.Coolant pipes/wiring/feed pipes to injector blocks/relocate ECU......been avoiding it for a while tbh,but it needs doing. ::)
