I was down the quacks again earlier today  :-[
Good... Go down the private route for physio/osteopath/chiropractor and get treated. Not cheap but worth the expense (plus, at least you can claim it from the third party ;)) and do everything you can to get things sorted

Changed my non working washer level sensor for a working one.Took all of 2 minutes. ::)

glued the spoiler back on after the nip ripped it off pushing the beast.

next the power steer trouble.

replaced my worn climate buttons with some decent = buttons and fitted a new dvd head unit....

Replaced a set of wishbones with poly front bushes and Vauxhall rear bushes :)

Washed the V6 then went and played with the BMW's on the M40  ::)

Touched in rust spots on the DTi with Krust, nothing too bad yet, just some spots on the inner lip of the wheelarch, will paint some underseal on the unseen edge and touch in the visible edge with some paint.
