Mended it ... 2 new coil packs, 6 new plugs .. :)  All working again  :)

Strange both coil packs should pack up together  :-\ trust you tried changing just the plugs first  :-\

finished my head gasket today, stripped it yesterday refitted today fired up first time to my amazment. the 2.0 engine is so easy to work on :y

Symes.I thought of you yesterday as I drove through Clacton.There was a Vectra (or possibly Astra) estate parked at the side of the road with the reg plate SYM 8S.  :)

Drove it to work yesterday. Currently in bed listening to the wind and rain whilst contemplating driving in to work again today :-\

i replaced the adjusters in my spare set of headlights today and painted the chrome bits satin black while i was at it just got to get round to fitting them and getting them aligned what do you think ?

No, but very windy.....

I washed the passat earlier.....its suppose to rain later.....and ive a job to do in Bath later....so if i didnt wash it i can bet it wont rain and will turn up in a dirty car.....but now ive washed it, it will rain and by the time i get to Bath it will be just as dirty.. ;D ;D I carnt win this one  ;D
