Not driven one , but sat in one didn't like it  not enough space prefer my Omega.
For outright performance and passenger comfort needs to be a VXR8 ::) probably more durable too...

Servie rear axle and service gearbox both came on at the second set of lights :-x

Agree performance wise, but in all honesty not much passes  me on my daily trips anyway, it is bad enough now trying to keep within the limits in the 2.6. I have  no points nor do I want any..I just think of the price I paid for the mig 3 years ago & it seems such a bargain performance & comfort wise & it still brightens my day driving it.

Rear axle? Doesn't that just stop the back end dragging on the ground and getting even more ugly? ;)

What's to "service" there, I wonder?

And a much beefier rear subframe and suspension arms :y a must, given what happened to the rear suspension on the wwd one that got wrapped around the back of my Omega :o ended up looking like that Renault 11 thgat Roger Moore took for a spin around Gay Paris ;D

Did they indeed. I wonder was it taken round the back, as we turned up, to have the lights turned off via tech2 in the workshop. Cheaky tinkers.

Quick. Quite a lot of low down grunt. Surprised me actually. Quite firm though, and very very ugly.

Lose any fillings on the pot-holes or does it ride OK?

Mmmm...supple firm. They've done a fair job IMO. For what its worth, but give it a week to book the dentist. 20" rims are about an inch away from the road surface. Plus it slid quite easy pulling away from a fuel fill up. Can't remember if the roads where salty, which might explain it.

Ps, the vxr sport button, or whatever it was Al pressed, makes next to no odds to the ride quality.

Oh, and the head unit, sat nav interior was really nice I thought. Bit barron, and no fake carbon, but it liked it. As Len would say, SEVEEEERN ;)

On a positive note, you can't see the outside from the inside :y

As Lenny would say... I could build you a house, but I know nuffin' about under the bonnet ::)

Actually, that wasn't it at all :-\

More like, I'm not a very good passenger so please don't kill scare me ;D

Very docile compared to a Vectra VXR though, still pretty king fast, the chassis/awd is a very good effort :y far beyond an XR4x4 I had many moons ago :y
