Mmmm...supple firm. They've done a fair job IMO. For what its worth, but give it a week to book the dentist. 20" rims are about an inch away from the road surface. Plus it slid quite easy pulling away from a fuel fill up. Can't remember if the roads where salty, which might explain it.

Oh, Gawd. ::) Manage to sell any false Rolex gear on the test drive?

Took the car for it's first service yesterday and they cleaned it inside and out, which means I saved £15 by not having to go to the Albanian car wash  :y

Went to remove the old leaking coolant transfer pipe, but first wanted to start her up as I had been told that she was getting difficult? DIFFICULT!!

At first, nothing, just turning over, so went with the 3 x glow plug activation, started to get some life, first on three then four the sometimes five......clouds of smoke every where, even coming up in the engine bay, not good, I thought.
Tried tapping the injectors to no avail, couldn't think of anything else so shut her down, it's also very cold up here in Forfar, plus the meagre light was dwindling fast, no garage to work in....... Plus I'm only here for the one day on a flying visit!
Local garage got the call to come and pick it up and see what's what. Bit of a bummer really as this has been the first real mechanical fault since I bought her.

So, all in all, not a good day for me! >:(

Drained and flushed the coolant system, replaced with nice fresh pink coolant. New air filter and pollen filter fitted and possibly found the fault of cold air on the drivers side, happy days :y

Yes I know :-X

Just can't fathom out how it goes together behind the motor ???

It's been done before I think as 1 of the security screws holding the motor was missing!

As soon as I know how it all fits together, I'll have it done :y

Went to fill it up with LPG on the way to work.It actually ran out as I pulled into the forecourt. Put 62p in and then the pump decided to stop working. Went inside and had a rant at the cashier who gave me the benefit of his technical expertise on the subject. "It often seems to work ok during the day,but stops when the evening draws in". ::) ;D
I told him I had been coming in there for LPG for nearly 4 years and its out of order more often than not. It might be worth mentioning to the manager that it really p1sses customers off and something should be done about it after all this time. >:( >:(
