Be thankful, I am twelve valves into 24V.....and have ran out of ginding paste grrrrr.... ;D

Shame your so far away I have some spare, hope I never need to use it again but this stuff has served a fiesta 1.1 bonus head rebuild, 2 BL wedge princess head rebuilds and now my Mig full head rebuild!
Funny how you think you are going to only use these things once when you buy them  ::)

I needed some more so 'invested' in some.

The biggest challenge with these heads is that they are some of the filthiest I have seen and are taking an age to celan up well, some four stages of cleaning!

One head fully re-built, the other at stage two cleaning, should start refitting at the weekend I hope!

I cleaned the mould out of it  :-[
I really must find where the water leak is coming from
And actually fitted one side of the rear courtesy lights, a nice job to do  :y

Indeed it is the black one! I haven't used it for some time, so need to give it some TLC. The clutch is now feeling pretty dead, and it'll need a new windscreen...hopefully that'll fix the water leak though.

I broke mine  ;D, Intercooler pipe came off at like 60, I tried using tape to fix it, it was all fine until just before my town it started smoking bad turned off and wouldn't start again. I had to push it at least 4 miles  :( Mechanic at my dads work is looking at it, we will see what he has to say...
And anyway I wanted to swap for a v6 manual, so yeah if you happen to want to swap for my 2.2 dti, (when its fixed of course) feel free to pm me, hopefully somewhere in Scotland  ;)

Got under the motor to do the oil filter change today, and guess what!  >:( yep the canister top is solid, grossly overtightened by the last garage I guess. My two way torque wrench was breaking at nearly 80nm and the whole housing was just beginning to turn so leaving it for today. On a plus note while underneath, I spotted that 3 of the 4 cat to silencer studs have been replaced with stainless ones fairly recently, so at least I'll only have the one to sort out when I replace the exhaust.  :)
