Saturday it went a for good trek around the Cotswolds (the XE) which was most enjoyable on the windy bits. Also took it to work on Friday, driving like an old lady it showed 48mpg (it typically over reads by 1-2mpg)
I tried to start my MV6. Battery flat as a pancake, so hooked it up to wife's Astra. Still no start. Replaced spark plugsStill no start. Gave up and had lunch. Now having afternoon nap.
You can type while asleep ? Thats a neat trick. Did it spin over ok when hooked up to the Astra ?

My jump leads are pretty good, I've had them years (35) and cost me a days wages back then, and there was 14.5 V showing at the battery terminals when cranking off my wifes 1.6 astra (running)
Just take jump leads out the equation by fitting a fresh, good, fully charged battery as i said earlier
