Yours if you want it plus a genuine MB glow plug. Pm your address if it's of interest and I will send both over ;)

Thanks Al, I am going to pursue the loom investigation as first port of call. The images I have seen on the internet show the damage to be quite easy to see. Once I have eliminated that as a cause, I may well take you up on the offer  :y

Drove it over to Peterborough to look at our local caravan dealerships new site & ended up buying a new caravan not brand new but a 1 owner 2019 model made us an offer on our old 2004 model without even seeing it which was too good to refuse.  👍

Removed most of the front undertray screws and bolts with stainless on hers.  A panicked phone call stopped play.

Blown fuse.  :-[ :-[ ;D
In my simple understanding of electrickery, all four bulbs were illuminating (although mains were dim and shouldnt have been on at all) so power is getting to them, so fuses were ruled out.
Swmbo kept mentioning fuses, and I would roll my eyes and tell her sho doesnt understand so should stay out of it.
Imagine her glee when I had to own up.  ::) ;D

It has happened to me but I just pretend that it wasn’t what she suggested and that it was something else.  ::) ;D

My wife was with me when I rolled an Anglia, 50 years ago, we got out of the back window🤣 wouldn’t fit these days🤣🤣 which gives her free reign to suggest anything car related now.

Had a ride in the RR over to Cowbit just a couple of miles from me, my farmer pal has purchased a few acres over there, some brilliant dog walking areas he's spent a few bob on crushed stone sorting the tracks in & out & security gates like I've never seen before , our boy Deezil the boxer dog is now absolutely knackered after his run across the fields.🐕🐕🐕

A lot of caravan dwellers around your way I'd imagine Mick?  ???

I went to my cousin's in Chelmsford last summer. Went up the M11 and then cut across on the A roads and was amazed that all the fields gateways were blocked with massive boulders.  :o

What a state of affairs eh?  >:(

Most of the entrances to fields round here are blocked with those huge concrete Lego bricks. The caravan club like to arrange days out on their quad bikes and part of the itinerary is going round in circles on a farmer's field.
