........As far as Lee goes, I'll assume that his case has been dealt with as he was posting here only one week ago and part of his bail conditions were that he wasn't allowed on the net for anything other than looking for employment.

bail condition wording:-

....and not access the internet other than in the course of employment.

which can be interpreted in various ways.

Assume nothing other than what is available in the articles.  That way, there is no misenterpretation.

 

That is the wording in the report, not necessarily the actual bail wording, which I would hope would be crystal clear ?

My misenterpretation this time!  Again, exactly.  OOF has no further point of reference and so should assume nothing other than whats directly available to the general public.

It does matter where the story comes from in my opinion. We all know how easy it is to photoshop and create a newspaper report on a pc. false documents and other official papers. considering liberty put the post up within half hr of registering. no offence to her of course. but how did she know he came on here?? As i said earlier false allegations can destroy a persons life forever. I think enough has been said on here now. that's my opinion.

Den, I personally agree.  I await further discussion in the admin area.

It has been decided to lock, but not delete this thread.

Everything that has been said has been, and I thank all those that have responded in a mature manner, dispite the alleged subject matter.

The fact is we are working from Newspaper articles, as very little information is in the public domain, and unlikely to be until any case has been judged upon by the courts, means everything is speculation, and this in itself is unfair on all those involved.

If we can ever find out the outcome, maybe we can update this thread then, but until then, there is nothing more to add. Rightfully, in my personal opinion given the circumstances, the allergations have been made known to OOF members, which is why this thread will not be deleted at this time.


Please do not start additional threads about this. If you really feel the need to say something, PM me, or if you think I'm a tit, PM one of the other Admins or Mods you do feel more comfortable with - we all are approachable.
