I need to take a picture of this one down the road from me, then add it to your Bus thread

But if a bus it was I wanted to buy a Vanhool it would be. When I worked on them they were at that time far better built than the Plaxton's, Duples etc

I am toying with a kit car, with a 3.0 Omega engine in it... But then I will fall into the same foot down category as I am in with the Scoob.. Which is brilliant but find yourself doing it more often.. So only a matter of time before I get nicked

I think a Caterfield-alike (plenty of those to choose from) with an X30XE in it could be most fun.

Depends what kind of thing your after tbh. It will be hard to find something similar. What is going to be as fast and go round corners as quickly ? Not many cars will match it tbh.
Keep the bike for thrills and have a big luxury barge like another XJ6 or similar for wafting along in ?

I would say one with a little less power might be the answer. Something nice and nimble but not stupidly quick. I.E. you can give it a proper spanking without straying too far into license losing territory.

To be frank, though, once you've been into 3 figure territory in such a car a few times, it loses its' appeal IME. Perhaps I'm getting old.
