You're welcome to pop over if you want to borrow the pit, Chris - there's even a heater in the garage now ;D
Is that a general invite ::).  Berkshire cambelt meet, shame I don't need any cambelts doing
You forgot about eating "spare" beans. We're good at that. :y Go down easier with a bacon buttie and plenty of tea, of course. ::)

Sounds like that might need a bucket of two of isopon P40 too, but no problem. :y

Pretty sure I've got a tub of bodyfiller in the shed .. it'd been there a few years, but I'm sure it'll still be good.. Best get some chemical metal too, in case it needs any chassis work.

Swapped the wheels back between the cars, and booked the Bullet in at WIM for rear tyres (rather BP, and the rather Shell) and geo...

Fitted the two replacement rear s/l shockers & adjusted the hight level sensor on wishbone to the correct ridehight as car now lowered..

took my set of MV6 10spokes to have tyres removed for refurbing but 1 of them looks more like a 50p piece!! so its SCRAP!! >:(

So if any body has 1x10 spoke 17" mv6 alloy i need one or maybe 2!!

Had 2 new 17" uniroyals fitted to the elite alloys on rear & moved the bf goodrich tyres to front..

oh & refilled my screenwash & topped up oil

car drives much better now!

but i think i need a new front n/s wishbone as car corners well left but saggy going right..... (previous keeper fitted just 1 not a pair)

More chance of pulling your foreskin up over your head to keep your ears warm than there is of finding circular prefacelift wheels. They were £236.01 new when available, but all stock has now been long sold.  At one point, I had 9 here, all either ovaled or buckled (the buckling from a simple epic understeer moment).

I guess what I'm saying, cut your loses and fit something that won't oval when it sees a tiny pothole at 100 paces.

Shame, they look lovely, but they aren't worth the effort/expense.

As I think pretty much all aftermarket wheels look too chavvy for a 17yr old Saxo owners, I went for facelift MV6 rims on mine...

And look fantastic (IMHO), hence why I kept persevering, but it was always a losing battle...
