You have done nothing wrong, and yet you seem to be doing all the running round trying to sort out your part demolished house !!!!!!
You pay insurance, they should sort it out quick and promptly, if they cant get the money back from the lorry company then tough s**t, they make enough from everyone else

What i mean is that the likes of Facebook give the tools for people to abuse others online
They would just use other tools, bullying was around before the internet.
