i think as a forum we should be trying to help kate get her car sorted now her other half has decided to sell !! she will get bugger all money for and she has just stated the plate on it is worth £300 and she will take £400 for the lot !! im sorry but thats just not right  >:( >:( >:(

I totally agree .. effectively £100 for what looks to be a loverly motor.

There must be a way of getting further south to get it sorted.

If I had a car trailer I'd damn well go and get it ...(probably break the weight law mind .. :(  )

As Kate's car is a manual ... is there a way it could be "relay" towed down ???, OOF members each doing 30-40 miles ??? I know I'm not a lot of use in this regard .. wrong corner of the country .. but as an idea ???

Looking at the OOF map there aren't many up near her ... but there are some ......

mike f .. if you towed to York and swapped with Markey or one of the guys from Leeds  there ... then all we need to know is where we want it to end up .....

from leeds down there are loads of members .. ???

My Mig is off the road and my daily car no good for towing.
Identifid that Kates car is a manual, have just put a couple of thoughts in the original thread.
Might have another thought but I need to work on it. I take it that this will be on Saturday??
