Ive been reading the post on this, I understand my input may or may not be of any use but here goes. Concerning the Lamdas you could try Crack it Freeze spray, uses a -40 blast to shrink the metal which allows the lubricating oil to get in. regarding the cat honeycomb rad hammer on an sds drill huge vibration no damage :y

Not really, I never used plusgas on the new one.

Tiny blast to release old one, cleaned up area before fitting new one. Also long ish thread, from fully locked in, can't see vast amount actually reaching the sensor?

Also it does work, reset the light, and its fine for 100 miles or so. Tbh, I think I'll just remove the bulb  ::)

Ah, this is Tunnie we're talking to.

As said, you need to press the pedals. I bet your pre cat codes where on within a month? ;)

Maybe in the wiring, got a known good used + your new one in. Swapped them over to other bank, both still appeared to react the same.

Live data with tech2, shows that it reacts normally, if a little "sluggish" at times according to TB. The light is always triggered when its semi warm/cold sub 5 minutes after start up, i think were it is not reactive enough when cold.

To confirm for others its had the post cat sensors moved, its the sensors before pre-cat causing this.

I supposed I could drive like a idiot for a while with it  ::)

But as said, lights up when cold, I don't like reving above 3k when its cold.

I wouldn't rev it to as much as 3k personally. But gm don't seem to mind.

My pre cat code lit the eml about 4 days ago. Exactly the same place on the same journey driving home in traffic as the previous time it came on. Probably didn't average more than 30mph all the way down the m4 section on both occasions.

So I've been thinking a better text Aaron to borrow his Maxiscan ever since, to reset the light, then today I remembered, I've had it in the hoot for about a fortnight. Ffs.  :-[ ;D

Remember my pre-cat sensors have been moved, now post main cat, courtesy of Daz  :y

My light/errors are on the sensors before pre-cat  :(
