Managed to get the feed working in Opera, but I had to Cut n paste the mms://81.155.121.110:8080/stream.wmv into the address bar, then it worked. Its a bit difficult to tell who's who, can you get them to wear name tags, so we can see who's doing what ;D ;D That chap in the yellow is obviously doing a main supporting job  ;D ;D

Do you think we could get them to move the camera down about 2ft, so we are looking diagonally into the engine bay?. The main item in the pic is a chap at the nearside of the car

Its a shame they couldn't fit the Web cam to someone's head, so we could see what they were looking at ;D ;D on second thoughts maybe not ;D ;D ;D

Well, across the 2 events, we have done 7 cambelts, 2 sets of rocker gaskets, an oil cooler plate, various simple little tasks etc.

A good number of people made it today, and have been well fed (thanks Max/Mick) and watered. Some of us have probably drunk to much, me included, but I think and hope everyone had an enjoyable day.

An awful lot was acheived today, and I suspect there will be some aches and pains tomorrow, but it was worth it imho.

Unfortunately, MaxV6's car wasn't quite so successful, which was a real shame, but I think we are a step closer to locating that bloody leak...

Theolodian did discover why his headlight was pointing low, and I will bet a pound that he doesn't free that motor off ;)

All-in-all, a bloody good day.

Fantastic guys! Just wish I could have joined in. The first cambelt part was great, but this sounds like it was even better. How much have VX lost out on yesterday at their silly prices? £3000? more?

Congratulations to all of you.

Pics please.........

That block of rust, er motor, was on the table by the BBQ last I saw it . . .

Yeah, bloody good day for sure.  Lots of work done, Mick took care of us in the morning, then Max showed that he's equal behind a grill to MarkDTM under a bonnet!  Stellar Mega Meega BBQ!

I hope Max's car can get sorted soon.  A lot of people left very happy.  I was one of the ones getting a few random bits done, like;  HID, temp sensor reconnected, g/b update, and MarkDTM tightened up my steering box.  Added up to a big difference on the way home!  Also learned more about what else I need to fix.  :'( I'm already hoping we can do another somewhere on March 24th.  :y

Who pulled over on the side of the road just outside Brackley around 10pm?  I was the car behind you.  Thanks for leading me out of TB's estate, I had been lost in there for at least 10 minutes!

I am very tired and sore.....12 hours non stop was a bit much.

Gutted that we didn't Fix MaxV6's coolent leak....it must be the stat bridge pipe or seal I think....it also needs a handbrake cable as the drivers side one is seized...
