A tragic waste of a young life, and a terrible waste of a genuine talent imo. I didnt particularily like her music, but she was way above the usual dross in todays music in terms of talent.
These young kids who get rich and famous very quickly are just cash cows for the music business, and then the drug pushing parasites latch onto them when they start to lose their way and tempt them with their clever "sales techniques". They then bleed them dry by swapping little bags of chemicals for their recently acquired fortunes - a little at a time. When they have finally killed them, they just move along to the next young, fresh faced naive customer.
I know that many years ago when Eric Clapton did a fair bit of coke, his dealer refused to sell him coke unless he bought Heroin with it.So he ended up with a big cupboard full of the stuff.Eventually, when he felt at a low ebb, he tried it and was of course, very soon a hopeless addict. Then spent all his money with the same dealer, to feed the habit.
Personally I would have gas chambers for the dealers.

Its easy to dismiss it as just another self indulgent spoilt brat who should have known better, but she was already in serious trouble with drugs by the time she was out of her teens.Just an impressionable kid really.
There but for the grace of god go any of our young daughters
