Whilst I don't tend to read most of the OPs threads as I find the subject matter a bit samey and has been done to death, he is quite within his right to post and debate his points of view. I'm sure others enjoy joining in.

He tends to put good titles, so like me, people can chose to skip them if not their cup of tea.


I take chrisgixers point earlier in this thread that it would be nice to see nickbat come out to play on other subjects. It's clear from a few of his non political threads that his sense of fun makes him a nice guy to have here, although I have never met him

I came to Brackley to have you program my cruise control!

I have so many people turn up at the door, I do forget  .  If I bumped into you again, you'd probably get one of those stares that means "I know you from somewhere"

I lost my license and have no idea where it could be

Nickbat....take note of Hotel21 or do as I do....Just put your finger up at those who cannot accept that we are all different and have different points of view. At the end of the day if they do not like what you post they always have the option of just not making a comment or not reading it in the first place. Otherwise the only conclusion that can be drawn is that those who make the adverse comments believe that they should dictate the views of the majority. How pathetic is that?
Keep on posting m8 cos at least you have a very varied topic base with a bit of interest for all.
I get rapped too but I only laugh at the idealism displayed by them cos by far the majority are not above criticism themselves whoever they are. None of us are perfect, but far too many are far too quick to jump on the 'high and mightier than you' pedastal.
Bet I get a bum smack for that.....
