Removed the old Sachs rear shocks and fitted a nice new set of Bilstein B,4s so nice 100mile drive tomorrow will put them through their paces ...hoping for an improvement as old units had very little resistance .

Fitted the dashcam and permanent wiring in to the new one, cleaned interior and gliptone'd the seats, made up a bracket for the relocated Bose Amp.

Plus I suppose calling a high mileage 2.0 Omega the 'bullet' is just an ironic statement  :D
Not to mention that OOF already has "The Bullet", an inferior 3.0l MV6 in Silver(ish)

Good to see you are finally coming to terms with it :y
You know the MFL is the pinnacle of Omega development, I know it, my mums dog knows it.

Rang up the dealer to include the spark plugs that I forgot about to tomorrows delivery  :-[
Had to go and pick the stuff up from the dealer  >:(, due to a less than smooth changeover between the dealer owners.  I could have waited and have it delivered Monday, but I needed to get stuff done at weekend.

Went to see Mr Gixer yesterday, and we changed the passenger side cam cover gasket on TBE, unblocked the breathers, and changed the plugs whilst there. It was a slow start, as I think we both possible overindulged in our respective local establishments.

Put a new LPG solenoid in it, only for it to immediately blow the fuse. Put another new one in, all good now :).  Mrs TB will be happy, as she does like the Chavmobile.

Thanks for your help and company, Mr Gixer, and for the fantastic idea of going down the pub as soon as we finished TBE :)

Washed all 3.
That's impressive :D

Seriously. I mean by definition it implies that:

A) You knew where the Astramax was
B) That it was near enough to retrieve (ie in the same road)
C) You cba long enough to wash all of them

 ;D

Stripped pass door and wing off the Peanut sparesmobile. Heaviest thing in the world for a wuss like me! Did it with the help of my excellent mate Jonny(who, to be fair, did most of it!), plus a cup of tea from my excellent missus.

Got them indoors being stripped and being polished up ready for fitting later in the week.

She's rising from the ashes  :)

Washed all 3.
Whilst walking across the retail park carpark in the land of the inbreds, I had to admit to Mrs TB that TBE does actually scrub up quite nicely.

Still inferior to the superior MFL though.

Booked the superior MFL in for its MOT.

Just so we're clear, no mentions of you know what until its been in.
