4 owner, full history and 100k, all in all not bad for an 18 year old trolley ;)

And about as comfortable as a trolley too.
It's not too bad, has electric height adjustment and lumbar, not to mention reach adjustable wheel... :)

Mum's has all of that, although the height adjuster is manual. I still can't get comfortable in it; the seat is poorly shaped and too high in the car. The steering wheel is far too small and thick rimmed, although that does help to hide some of the hideous dash. The ride is terrible, and was when she got it at about 18months old. I can't stand the thing, and would struggle to own one even if it were free.
Sometimes a stop gap is required until the dream can be enjoyed ;)

Done a hundred miles in it, and can still walk ;) still showing 291 range. End of the day, it's got four wheels, drives, has a reasonable MoT and isn't a Vw.

The end game won't be to everyone's taste either, but that's life :y

Washed the 4x4  & vacumed it out completely first time for a while now, still looks good at 10 years old  really should clean it more often. Due an oil change in the next 1,000 miles must order filter soon.

3 years ago now I sold the Elite, eleven months later I got her back :y did a lot of work on her that year and for the last year have not done any. This year that is due to change, next week I have a set of late Elite/MV6 wheels going for re-furb, poly's to go on the rear of the car very soon with new rear track arms to be fitted with a WIM trip at the end with 4 new tyres to go on, there is a new MoT on it and summer is coming.

3K Oil change on the project, thought I may as well flush some new Dex II through the power steering system as well while it was in the air.

PITA job but all done and working as it should. :)

Removed and replaced both the heater fan and resistor ,as fan hadnt been working at all for the past week or so and over the weekend with the rain very difficult keeping even a small amount of screen visible .

Not the worst job but mad 10 times harder by location and having to do most of the work upside down in the passenger footwell with torch/touch and limited space. ::)

Took the ignition barrel apart, to see what numbered levers I require for building my own spare barrel. Couldn't get it back together again  ;D

A day later and a bank holiday weekend that I blinked and missed I'm back on the road  :D

Welded a new flexi into a mate's Astra exhaust, and then changed the droplinks. Went to the pub.
