10.9mpg. Opps.

Average over a tank?  :o
Thats the only way to calculate LPG MPG AFAIK

That's what I thought, but shocked to see that over an entire tank  :o :o

Never knew you had a Caddy Van Seth?

It's an '02 1.9SDi and technically Mrs Seth's:

En-route to the Welland Steam Rally last year with my quad-bike/trailer in tow

11 years old now, and it's been with us for almost 8 years. 145K on the clock, rock solid and around 53 mpg :y :y :y

Very nice Seth  :y

Fitted NCDC2013 and CID in the 2.6 last night  :y

Corrected my poor soldered joint on one wire this afternoon  ::) ;D

List of jobs to do on this car is getting shorter, although I don't think the LPG kit will be ordered before Christmas now due to a) being skint! and b) having no time to install it.

All sounds good and I bet it's a very different car from the one you bought!  :)

You'd cry if your saw the list of work and parts that have gone into it, but my thoughts are that, for what I paid for it plus the cost of the parts fitted, I'm still better off than buying a more expensive 'Autotrader' one as I have the benefit of knowing all the new parts and work that has been done (by people I trust) rather than trusting a sellers advert and a claim of a FSH!

Changed the front wishbone rear bushes for gm ones, didn't have have a drift big enough for the front bushes so they'll have to wait.  Done the geo on it (its great to have a hunter system available). Drives much better now with no scraping noise (bushes separated from arms).

That's very true!
Way back many moons ago soldering was part of my job.... remember back to the time when we had to repair things rather than swap them! It was a regular job ticket to replace 1488 an 1489 chips on the comms boards of Unix boxes - I ended up soldering sockets into most of them to save the hassle next time ! Anyway, I blame the torchlight I was working with!!!  ::) :D

Did a smidge over 900 miles last week, 540 miles towing a caravan and got 32mpg from the old wheesel which I thought was good considering we stayed on Exmoor and were driving up and down 1 in 4 hills daily :)
