Replaced the bush on the drivers door stay - to stop that crack noise :y and removed the mudflaps that kept hitting every ramp

Drove it after 3 days sitting idle ::) Noticed a few things... in no particular order:

Really agile, goes exactly where you point it, frost or no frost. Sooo much nicer than the 800k Daf suet I've been driving :P
It really relishes that nice cold ice cold air albeit at the expense of fuel economy.
Heated seats are great, but why no steering wheel heater :-\ nearly put gloves on to drive home ::)
The coolant warning was on, checked it, only to find level ok, but a big white golf ball bobbing up and down in the header tank >:( guessing the level sensor has expired :-\

Might treat it to a quick hoover tomorrow, assuming it's not snowing ;D

If the flotat has come off, you want to get the little plastic washer/clip that holds it on before it goes around coolant system.

If the washer in question is about 3/4" in diameter, it has been fished out intact, guess it wasn't glued on very well :-\

Thats it, same plastic as the bottle itself.

I think its heat welded on. So nothing a soldering iron can't fix ::)

Put £75 worth of petrol in it and paid £47 for it.That should last me 6 months or so. :)
Im really hoping for a dry and not too cold day before Thursday so I can change the Dispack & stat on the Omega and once again delve into the problem of the Cavalier vac pump oil leak.

Had plans for today, and tomorrow, but you know what they say about plans. :'(
Spent the whole day at the hospital (nothing wrong with me personally) and will be back there again first thing in the morning.
Starting to agree with TB about shutting down the NHS altogether after todays events.
