Dropped 2 of TBE's wheels off to have new tyres  :'(

On the upside, SC5s are coming off 2 of the wheels :D

Keep those bloody things, if you can, we'll need to "make an example" of those, if we get a chance on an air field. :)

I've got a pair of winter tyres that need to die in a satisfactory way as well.... You can all see how bad they are at the same time!

I've still got 2 left, though doubt they will last long enough if that used car trader doesn't get a move on ;D

Mind you, I reckon in a few weeks, the RTs at the back of the bullet will be spent as well  :'(

Replaced failed park pilot speaker.

Ao1 sc3 worn out in 8k, bad instability on the brakes. Re fitted part worn mo sc3. (Front only, mo sc3 rears still going strong)

Fiddled with rear irmscher bumper to get it to fit better. Failed. :(

the proper test for those tyres are on snow , not icy muddy surface I'm afraid..

and they must be used as a set not only 2..

All I want to do is kill the oppsing deathtraps in a spectacular way, I couldn't give a shit as long as they end up off the rims and in 1000 peices. The Lzen ones are great so i'll keep them along with two steelies so I can move my dead DTi to it's final resting place.

Trust me there is nothing oppsing scientific about this test, I merely want to destroy them.

VXL V6 , I know you had an accident with those tyres and there is no chance for me to find exatcly what happened,  but winter tyres on snow has saved me and many others from trouble..  I hope next time you may be able to find a new set which wont dissapoint you :y

ps: and please dont expect a full summer tyre performance on dry from winter tyres..

Cem, I quite agree, I have no issue with Winter tyres, however, If I was to buy another set they would be brand new and a matching set of four, not disputing the benefits of winter tyres, they have a value and a place.  :y

Trust me Cem, I'm sure they'll make lots of smoke in a 'Top Gear' style as they meet their maker.  ;D

Drove it properly for the first time since fitting a new radiator, polybushes, balljoints and front brake pads.

Several times I had the feeling that the car was changing direction the moment I thought it rather than waiting until I had wrestled the wheel far enough to take up the slack in the (two year old) Lemforder bushes. :y

Watched the little engine light start flashing as it ran on four cylinders.. revved it a bit and once it was back on six drove to work. Grr.
