He's a good egg really, despite what I write about him on the toilet walls

You promised that childish prank would be our little secret!

Sorry, I forgot.

But I am stil wondering why you wrote your number on the wal though :-\
I was hoping for some calls, but not a thing. Still, in my younger days, neither Jimmy or DLT made a pass at me when I visited their apartment/farm - whats wrong with me  :'(

Ragged the nads off it to get home, after dealing with 'tards all day.

Its got a dual personality - this morning, slightly damp, 2C, it was like driving on marbles. Coming home, bone dry, 6C, it gripped well. Premium tyres shouldn't show such a differential  >:(

Car was using a lot of oil, using Forum, I diagnosed valve stem seals, :-\ :-\  so four weeks ago had the head off and replaced all seals and gaskets and lapped all valves. Car has covered 250 miles since, I checked the oil level for the first time today, no oil used, well not that I could see  :y
Gave car a good scrub inside and out, car running very nicely. :)  :)

yeah

Well, they are fooked. To be fair.

No such problems here though. But approaching 3c demands caution, not teaching egg sucking but presume you where also cautious and it still moved about?

In which case I'd expect better. If not cautious then... Well ;D

Took a picture of the passenger 246 coilpack:

To be fair it wasn't quite that bad until we snapped the middle one off prying the rubber boot off and then I dropped it and the right hand one fell off too. The left hand one was the original fault..

The rear was going as well as the front, and the rears are fairly new.

Certainly didn't feel like ice to me.

You once said you wanted more tyre life. To get that some grip will have to be sacrificed.
While F1's are ok, I dont think you've achieved your goals with them.

You also know that I think sc3 mo will suit your needs better than F1's.

That, my opinion, and Sc3's aside. What else is there? Seriously?

I think we need to know how generic SC3 compare to MO SC3. If there is little difference in grip/wear, SC3s aren't for me. Which would put me back to RTs - if the life is similar, I may as well enjoy the grip they offer.

I think its pointless accepting less grip, because 1st off you won't accept less grip, period. 2nd you'll still drive at the same level, and over drive a longer lasting tyre, wearing them out quicker anyway.

Suggesting slowing down is pointless ;D so yes, off to RT's with you, and stop messing about ;D
