The only real solution to 0420 and 0430 codes on a 3.2 (and 2.6, though less common) is to move the sensors.

Cataclean at best will only be a short term solution.

Have a set in the parts shed that need sensors moving :y

I'm going to keep my mouth shut in the future, went out this morning to go to Scotland's secret bunker with a full car of wife daughter and two granddaughters, got 5 min into trip and EML come on, so stopped and reset with Maxcom and all was fine, coming home stopped in traffic and the spanner sign come on as I pulled away after a clunk ? Stopped and checked with Maxcom and no codes. Turn engine back on all is fine. I have had this once before about six months ago ? Think it's time for a ATF change.

.....Car is now lowered 30mm with Bilstein B4's and Eibach springs and I think it looks the doggies danglies :y  ....car handles like a dream, goes round the twisties like it should

I do love that exact same setup on my 3.2, just feels fantastic to drive.

Latest.
Topped up coolant last night. 45 miles to Hammersmith this morning, when parking dropped at least half a litre of coolant, just in front of front driver's side wheel. Is that where expansion tank exits. Got back this evening, traffic not too bad, but temp gauge 90-95 most of way.   Few drops when I parked, and expansion tank took a litre to top up. Felt and smelt hot (coolant) on driver's side.

Going to get a second Vx opinion on Wednesday but would value your input.

Possibilities on that side are:
HBV
Expansion Tank
Radiator

My money would be on either radiator or expansion tank :-\ What state is top of tank in? they can crack around the filler...

On journey to London today went early so little congestion. 90 degrees. No loss of coolant but slight seepage/drops on top of expansion tank. Could be cap? Can't see any cracks.

Tank cracks aren't always obvious, but follow the moulding seams around the filler. Eventually they open out and all becomes plain.

Worst case, you end up with a nice clean header tank/cap, but if it solves the issue then it's alot cheaper than a double headectomy ;)

See how we go this evening when there will be more traffic. How big is the job to replace HBV?

Not very. Can be fiddly, depending on the approach used... plenum off or scuttle off, but otherwise it's three hose clips :y
