Also add that LP valve by PAS, also made the same noise. No fluid there.
Lower pressure will release less gas. :-P

Fitted a set of rear parking sensors, turned out to be a bit of a pig, but only because I've never taken the rear bumper off before. As always, were I doing the job again it probably would have taken less than half the time.

Pleased with the results though. The kit I bought comes in 32 colours, so the match isn't perfect, but pretty good imho.  :y

Did some bodywork on my winter Caravan. Sooner or later it is a wounded point of nearly all Omegas. Do not laugh, first have a closer look to your own Omega.

It is the Bermuda Triangle between front length traverse, inner wheel arch and passenger room s front wall. Not easy to go there and difficult to work there. No room...

Have a nice weekend

Gave mine a wash as it was filthy after only one week of owning it. Only down side is you can see all the scratches I hadn't noticed before ;D

Did you get yours from a dealer Ian? They have some very good products to cover light scratches as i found out when i got my first Mig. ;D

Cheers. The kits made by a company called Dolphin and was just over £50 inc delivery so not cheap but seems well made. Also it's a UK company and apparently has a lifetime warranty to the original owner, so I'm hopeful of the longevity :)

Inspected both valves, some minor dots of fluid on HP cap, both made a very very slight noise when taking cap off. Suggests they were fine?

Guess have to take a specialist.
That does sound, as DG and LD have said, like the valves might be duff.  Not saying that's the only fault, if you have obvious dye stains elsewhere.

With the help of chrisgixer, put some polys in the front lower arms of the Jag.  Blimey, what a ballache of a job getting the polys in  >:(

The arm comes off easy enough, the old knackered bushes were quickly cut out.  But getting the outer poly in...   ...took hours.  Refitting arms and putting undertray back on was straightforward and quick, even though the sun/heat had taken every last bit of energy I had.

Thanks chrisgixer for the perseverance, on another one of those "this won't take too long" jobs  :(

Tidied the boot of the 190, removed all the sticky oily crap which was littering it. 20 minutes later, dripping in sweat, decided that was enough for today. Cant wait to get back to the air conditioned place of work tonight. The older I get, the less I can stick hot weather.  :(

Serek usually replaces both valves whenever he's re-gassed any of my Omega's. Seems to be a common failure point.

Washed it and then drove it the 100 or so miles to some Heathrow airport hotel.

Did see a few interesting motors on the way down: corvette stingray (custard yellow  :o) - sounded amazing!   8), one of the last of the line HUE defenders in that peculiar mint green - occupants looked hot, either no A/C or it was broken, either is possible on a defender :P. Oh and a V8 awd s80 :).

Not a single omega though :(

I saw an orange Lexus yesterday, made The Bogey look quite tame.
