Simple job? Not!

The ignition key occassionaly sticks in the barrel, so, armed with the excellent guides written by Mark & Matchless I thought I would cure it, only to find someone had been there before me.

The bottom screw has been cream crackered, virtually no head on it, would be the bottom one as you can't see what you are doing.

Tried an 'easy out' but as you can't see what you're doing, had no success.

Apart from breaking the bottom cowl, I'm at a loss of what to do.

 :(
