So I think you need to wait 3 weeks from day of offence before celebrating....

That should be me out of the woods then. I went through a gatso at around 55mph on an A road ........ with the caravan on tow on the 1st of the month ::)  ::)
Is a Gatso clever enough to 'see' if you're towing?

I don't know about towing, but some are smart enough to know if it's a car or an artic (a friend of mine got flashed doing above the limit for an artic & below the limit for a car)

Gatso's just see something doing XXX leptons above its preset limit.  Its upto the subsequent Mk1 eyball of the camera folks in the comfy office to decide on the 'good guy, good guy, wink' scenario, dependant on what they are actually fishing for this week.

If its cars, flash limit will be as per rated speed for the road.

If its waggons or vans on tow, then preset op limit is lowered and the subsequent film viewers discard cars on their own and proceed as required with the waggons/vans/towed palaces.  If that makes some kinda sense, after a long day and a night on the sherbets.....   ;D

;D Don't give up the day job, Kevin!

Speaking of speed cameras.. how many of the buggers are there on the M6 now!? And for that matter, how many CCTV (or whatever they are) cameras covering the hard shoulder/congestion lane? There seems to be one every 50' and I'm not even exaggerating..

The world has gone mad I tell you. Mad!
