Oh yeah, for some reason when the car was in the air, some new fluid put back in the sump, when trying to put it In drive to circulate fluid, it wouldn't come out of park. It did eventually though. Something to do with low fluid level possibly?

Lay on my back replacing the front drop links on the MR2 this morning - so glad it finally stopped raining and the sun came out, and I only had to use Gerald the Grinder once.

Drove the Omega to Essex to drop off the T56+bell housing, drove back.

Took the MR2 for it's MOT which it passed (thank break, since the last one expired on the 26th  :-[ ), hurrah. Handing is also much less wayward now.. probably because I actually tightened the front wheel nuts up properly (note to self: always check when someone else has put the wheels back on the car...)

Oh, you two love birds.. ;D

Today I emptied out the bathtub MR2 - rear drains were blocked so after all the rain we've had it was slowly filling the rear storage areas with water. Side vents off, drain ends off, find the other end through the water, flush through all the fetid leaves & vegetation and put it all back together.

not doing owt to the Omega today, but I've got my DeLorean's battery on charge, then later I'm gonna check the fluid levels, tyre pressures, and then get the analyser out and check her emissions, tune up if necessary, then give her a once over before the dreaded MOT tomorrow - its actually stopped raining here and the sun is out.......

Well, not today, but yesterday.
Had a key cut and coded for my run about (the 2.2). cant stand having no spare

And continued stripping the engine ancilleries of the 2.5, as i want to get the engine out on saturday.
Never seen so many electrical connections, its a nightmare tagging them all !

Just disconnect the loom at the ECU, and one of the big connectors behind the battery and leave the loom on the engine. :y
