Picked these up from the powder coaters this morning



And had a new windscreen fitted  :)

Picked these up from the powder coaters this morning



And had a new windscreen fitted  :)

fitted gaskets to the front down pipes/manifolds because when I had the rear crank seal fitted, the garage used exhaust paste ...... needless to say it didn't last.

What a PITA crawling under a car on ramps trying to line down pipes flanges up with studs when it's piddling down & your shoulder is fubar'd  ???  ??? At least the O2 sensor leads are now clipped up & not dangling in the breeze but I couldn't do anything about the holding together clip they broke on one side's sensor  :(

Replaced the fuel flap locking solenoid on the Zafira. Madly cheaper new from vx than second hand on eBay!

Had the oil & filter changed on the 2.6 in between rain hail & thunder & lightning, bloody summer my arse!!

Fitted my new distributer-while setting it-had slight backfire--fire ball shot out ;D ;D but no rover really rocks :D taking for a blast later on-once I got line lock fitted :y

Swapped the matt finish gearchange surround,ashtray and climate/headunit surround for gloss ones.Looks much better now. Ive been wanting to do that for almost a couple of years,since I changed the rest of the interior. :)
