Hero to Zero in about 20 miles ;D
What have you broken now... ::)
The bus of many battles (none of which it has ever won).
Has it come home on the back of a lorry?
Oh, no, no, no, nothing serious.  Well, hope not.  It just keeps going into limp now.  Which the way we were loaded earlier, we need as much power as we can get.

Should have taken a real car :-X ::)
As Andy B will confirm, even a Zaffy with just 2 adults isn't big enough for Mrs TB's idea of glamping

You've always managed in the past... Although that was before you decided to sent your top box and camping gear into orbit :-X :P

Pre LPG, it all went just in the boot, except fridge on back seat.

But she's getting worse. Have to have a carpet now. And she took, in addition to our frekkin' great big airbed, 2 sleeping bags, duvet, 4 blankets and a sheet. Oh, and has to be her 2 normal pillows, not smaller camping ones. Then enough clothes to dress up like an eskimo.

Women. Can't live with them, can't shoot them.

Finally replaced the original battery on my 15 year old MFL  :yy

Oiled battery clamp bolt last few days and all removed and replaced with no issues (which I think is a first from the feedback earlier  :y)

Starter now spins like 1000000000 rpm and starts fantastic.

Good for another 15 years hopefully  :D

I therefore have a genuine GM Battery available !!!!!

Did my '' favourite''job today, namely cleaning out the crud from behind the rear wheelarches of all three cars in preparation for a liberal coating of Dynax before the local council start chucking piles of shite car killing salt on the roads at the first hint of a frost ::)

Fitted a new pair of ETS centre boxes. Sad to lose the original GM clamshell boxes, but the  pipes had rotted until they snapped. Also put a pair of chrome tips on the end of the back box. Centre boxes seem a pretty good fit, and good value for money. Slightly p1ssed off that they took 8 days to arrive, but otherwise pleased with them.
While I was down there I noticed the shocking mount of rust on the (not very old) KYB rear springs.  :(

8 days for such a package from Eastern Europe isn't too bad ;).  And I believe they quote 10 days?

Drivers side inner wing/chassis leg almost finished following the treating of some crusty bits...

And following a coat of matt black to finish it off...

Bottom edge of drivers sill has been cleaned up and been given similar treatment as well...

Just the nearside to do along with about a hundred other silly jobs and it will be ready for an MoT. Or not... ::)

Oil and brake fluid change on the MV6 yesterday and oil change and a few small jobs on the Elite today if weather ok,

Looks like I have a small coolant leak on the MV6 around the drain plug on the rad, new plug on order from dealers, just hope it's not the rad but do have one here if it is.
