Removed n/s/f suspension leg. Built up new one to replace it, ready to fit in the morning. Working over the weekend, so hoping to get the o/s done on Monday.

Replaced both front wishbones on the V6, found old ones had poly bushes but didn't have time to swop them over to new ones. Is it worth doing?

Only the front wishbone bush was poly,(horizontal bush) are rear bushes (virtical) available in poly?

There is a company in Poland producing them.

From experience, I am going to say 'No'... :-X

Investigated the cause of the non working headlight washers on the 530d (E39), so removed offside wheel arch liner to find the pipe was split and disconnected.  It's plastic and has gone brittle, so I replaced a length with rubber pipe but then managed to break another piece of pipe further down the line, so I will replumb the whole system when I get more pipe.  ::)

I also noticed that the shock absorber is leaking and the MOT's due next month!  ::)

I've got 3 cars and none of them are any bloody good!  :o  ::)  ;D
