Nice day in the Black Forest!  8)

Yes, better than here. Was going to fly the glider, but ended up fettling it instead, and showing my mate's little lad around the airfield. Judging by his performance in the simulator, he's a natural. ;D

Made up a battery to go in the tail, because more weight at the back helps compensate for the F.B. at the front. ::)

Hi Sir Tigger

Yes, it was a very nice day with a couple of friends on the road.

Lahr is located on the western edge of the Black Forest. In the west we have the Rhine Valley. The warmest corner of Germany.

Omegas board computer says 22...24°C on 200m attitude today. But from far you can still see snow in the mountains, east in the Black Forest and west in the French Vosges.

It clicked past 176,000 on the clock today. The 190D will click past 230,000 in the coming week.  :)

Got 210k on my 2.5TD, and still runs like a dream.

I could have sold it ten times over from the Gumtree ad, so I clearly underpriced it. :y
I'll say it again, even though somebody will shout at me again, but it remains a lot of car for the money, so will sell at prices higher than we think, assuming its tidy and has long MOT

The guy that bought the TD, someone phoned me to say he has got on sale for £700!

Removed the poly top pads from the rear doughnuts. Changed all 4 wheels.  Whipped off rear headlight level sensor whilst the wheel was off.

It's not worth their while, they'll get nothing they can sell as spares from it.

In some areas, the £30k Omega is better than the £65k Jag.

The Silver Bullet has been a fantastic car, I will miss her dearly.
