Took two of the Omegas for MOT's (the 2.6 and the 3.2 saloon) - both passed with no advisories :y They got a few complimentary comments as well from other admiring customers - happy days!
Congratulations on the MOTs  :)
from your posts it's obvious you look after your Omegas very well  :y
Cheers Dave :y
It wouldn't be the first time that my wife comments that my cars get better looked after and more attention than she does.... ;D
;D
Wives are replaceable
Good condition Omegas not so much   >:D

It's much cheaper to replace an Omega though.

Had the screen changed in Woosh yesterday (the i-Pace) by Autoglass (no other options available).

Predictably it has to go back as the Head Up Display (HUD) is now fuzzy and distorted, the screen they fitted was a Fuyayo where as the OE is a Sekurit. The replacement claims to have the heat refelctive screen and be HUD compatible......claims to be......clearly its not.

Always an interesting conversation with their technical team when you start talking PVB layers and the need for it to be wedge shaped on a HUD setup to avoid double imaging.......utterly clueless.

Nearly used it to reduce the mid face-lift Omega estate population by one after its owner decided to not give way at a roundabout.

Fortunately he realised the error of his ways.  >:D

Then very nearly punched the radio when that obnoxious cockwomble opened his mouth.

Collected the repaired MG from its MOT retest.

Which reminded me the Focus was due about now last week, so it's being done tomorrow morning. And after the £1700 timing belt service last year, I'll be doing the oil and filter change this time ::)

Cheers! Bit of a relief - I never like taking a (new to me) car for an MOT for the first time in my ownership.

Worked out I will have to use a laid back panel filter on the Austin and then found D had an NOS one the right size, turns out it's for a S type 3.0L so perfect. Now all I have to do is make a airbox-----------
