That's the oil and filter changed, filter cap was so gunged up, I had to clean it out with carb cleaner.

By the way, all you V6 owners, how do you change the oil filter, without getting it all over your hair? :-?

 >:( ;D

I unwind the oil filter cap very slowly, then when the oil starts to show I just leave it draining into a container until all the oil is out.  A cloth is used when I finally remove the cap to catch the very last drops of oil. ;) ;)

Here you are AA, do your springs have the pigs tail that curls around the pin in this shot?
Sorry for the quality just snapped a quickie with the phone while TG was fixing my rim leak.

I'm going for these from buypartsby:-

Part Number : RJ6211
 Cost : £38.82 + vat

 Coil Spring

 Model: OMEGA B 2.6
 Year range:  01/00-12/04
 Location: RR
 Extra info:  Saloon
 Heavy Duty
 Mini-Bloc type
 Petrol

I thought the heavy duty would be better for towing.

Anyone got any thoughts on them please?
