Having popped the new (refurbed) wheels on yesterday, drove :y down to see my brother today :y

Ride is still fine :y wasn't entirely sure what to expect with the change in wheel size, but no probs :y

Killed the clutch :'( LUK one done juyst over 100k, and started slipping on the M27  >:( you know the situation,  outside lane of motorway clears, stomp on the loud pedal and the revs jump 500 or so :'( before gradually settling back to previous speed.

Before any pedants pipe up, the car is a manual ::)

Are, a man with taste  :-X :y

Cleaned and dried out coil packs and spark plugs
fixed a sticky ashtray
removed, dried, sealed and refitted the gearbox selector....fiddly!

Fitted HID headlights, Headlight washers, MV6 bumper and new piping from the under wing heater to the heater matrix after finding the original piping had been butchered. Cats removed and exhaust ready to be welded back up all on my new DTi

Lost all electrical power just as I parked it at the office. :( Guessing alternator FUBAR. Trying to cobble together a plan to get some charge into it for the journey home. :(
