Have only ever seen one failed and probably heard of two more.
I know you laughed at mine at Newent a 2 or 3 years back, as they were as dry as an alcohol free pub. Regreased, still going strong :y (and I'm not kind to the suspension components  :-[)

colour coded my grill and wiper arms they get so dirty and they look better :y :y :y :y
Thought the grille was black :-\

I can only see them failing if they get shite into them.....and there pretty well shielded so unlikely to ever happen.

Roadside repair today : idle is lost absolutely but after some tricking with pedals I could stabilize the RPM and was able to find a proper place to look what could happen. The gum seal of idle valve went wrong (worn off) between the idle valve and the plenum because of which there was some false air sucking. As always my fright was larger than trouble.  :)

Creak was defo coming from above the wheel.

Bought 2 sets of OE front pads for £30 :)
With rivets? Gis a set? :)

Washed the Silver Bullet, as it was absolutely filthy. The front wheels were black.


Contemplating driving to Chester to steal Jimbob's OE pads ::)

You'll have to fight Laura for them!
