Blimey! I bet that had some lard under the rocker cover. ;D

Loads of the stuff ::). I couldn't believe how little oil was in it as well. Typical female on a low budget :-X

Payment in kind, was it? ;D

Kosovans washed it. Kosovans appear to have scratched it.

More bloody polishing.  Sigh...

Kosovans? I'm disappointed in you, Chris. :(

Better to leave it dirty like I do. :-[

The Kosovans round here have a single bucket in a shopping trolley to last them all day. :o

Hook your pressure washer up to a water butt. :y

.. or wash it by hand and take it to the local garage for a rinse before and after.

I notice there's no hosepipe ban for the garages. ::)

Considering water butt option. Don't have one currently... Don't suppose I'm allowed to fill the water butt with the hose? seeing as there's no rain due for a week ...? No? Thought not.  :D

There was some cheap deal on to encourage recycling with the local council when I got mine. Worth a look.

The expression "who's going to effing know" springs to mind. :-X

Pressure washer in bathwater? I have a lot of baths. And I'm not that dirty normally.

Can see gayboy throwing a hissy fit if his car was washed in Radox though....

I have been using a pressure washer/water butt combi for a while now.  Way before the hosepipe ban started in fact.

Reason being that rain water is soft water, which means far less water marks.  A godsend on a black Omega estate, because it's nigh on impossible to get around the whole car before it dries.  :y

Edit:  Oh and I would never, ever let anyone else wash my car!!  It tooks me approx. 60 hours to detail her last year, and remove all the surface marring.  One bad wash with contaminated water, and I'd be back to square one!  No way!!  >:(

Left my house at 4am, drove to Blackpool, did a day's work, & didn't have to fill up again til Birmingham on the way home......amazing what no traffic, and a sensible right foot can do!

Couple of collection s in Brum & Coventry, got home at 11:30 pm, 570 mile day.

I was rather knackered!!
