Replaced the screechy old wiper blades on the Beemer with a set of flat blades and a new ordinary blade on the rear screen as well.  :)

Drilled ~140 rivet holes in it and bonded the body on permanently at last (and discovered that Würth adhesive sticks like poo to a blanket, especially hands and floors; and after someone walked in a blob and then across the kitchen floor I had to chase them with a thinners soaked rag ;D ;D)

Due to an unfortunate combination of accidents, roadworks and ordinary traffic it took over an hour to get on the motorway rather than the 5minutes it ought to take. So we missed our ferry.

But we're now part way across the channel, fed and the day is looking a lot better. A relaxing fortnight of drinking beer and eating cheese is ahead :y

Put more electricity into Battlebus.

What are you using to put all this electricity into the poor battle bus? A plasma cutter? ;)

Not car related, but runs on petrol, so....

I was looking out of the window at the wilderness called loosely "my lawn" with embarrassment.

I pondered, if the cordless strimmer still has enough charge from last year to do the edges, I'll start the mower up. Bugger, it did.

So get mower out, out of fuel (always try to run virtually dry for winter). Petrol can empty. Tip out whats in generator into the mower, and it starts first time.

Job jobbed, but, really, 6th of bloody March???
